🌿 My Story – Heart & Brain Holistic Botanics
As a kid, I was sensitive and moody—equal parts sunshine and storm cloud. I’d come home from school exhausted, overwhelmed, and dreading homework. I often wonder now: if I had been eating differently, would the anxiety have felt so heavy? If I had known then what I know now, would it have changed how I experienced the world?
Even then, something inside me knew movement and nature mattered. I’d go on long walks—sometimes just to feel okay again. I didn’t know much about being outside, especially growing up in the city, but I knew walking helped. And so I walked, often and far.
In adulthood, I went through some very low points. After a devastating loss and starting a new job I had trained years for, something shifted. I didn’t want to fall back into old habits—I wanted to heal. I started therapy. I committed to a fitness and meal plan. And together, those things reshaped how I saw everything.
I began noticing how food made me feel—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I could feel my anxiety spike when I wasn’t fueling myself well. I felt the fog return when I wasn’t moving my body. That awareness changed my life. And in talking with others, I discovered I wasn’t alone—so many people felt better with just a few intentional changes.
That’s what led me here.
There are so many people who want to feel better but don’t know where to start. They feel stuck, confused by conflicting information, or overwhelmed by the idea of making a change. I want to be the guide I wish I had—someone who makes it simple, supportive, and personal.
My love for herbs and natural healing grew thanks to my aunt and uncle, who introduced me to the world of tea. I’ll never forget the joy of discovering new blends at local tea shops and farmers markets. That curiosity has grown into a deep respect for herbal medicine and its role in supporting the whole person—body and mind.
Now, through Heart & Brain Holistic Botanics, I help others take their first steps toward wellness—whether that’s in the grocery store, at the pantry, or just learning how to care for themselves again.
Because no one has ever said, “I wish I could go back to feeling awful.”
And I believe with the right support, everyone can grow into the healthiest version of themselves—one empowered choice at a time.
I’m currently completing my formal education in the Holistic Wellness Pathway, with focused training in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Clinical Herbalism. With practical experience and mentorship as part of my program, I’m already supporting clients as a health coach and nutrition guide—making wellness accessible, empowering, and rooted in both science and nature.
When I look back on my journey, what stands out most is how much better I feel now that I’ve taken control of my daily life—what I put in my body, how I move it, and how I stay connected to the earth, to others, and to myself.
Like many people, I used to think I was living a healthy lifestyle. I stayed active and tried to eat “right,” but it wasn’t until my mid-30s that I began to truly learn what health actually meant. The more I learned, the more everything started to shift—my energy, my mindset, my confidence. I’ve dealt with anxiety, depression, brain fog, and self-image struggles for most of my life, and I can honestly say those things ease up when I’m living a lifestyle rooted in nourishment, movement, and mindful choices.

🌱 My Training & Approach
I’m currently completing a comprehensive Holistic Wellness program with a focused pathway in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Clinical Herbalism. This education blends science-backed practices with holistic philosophy and includes both classroom learning and hands-on, practical client experience.
As a trained Health Coach and nutrition guide, I’m already working with clients to build sustainable, beginner-friendly habits—from meal planning and pantry clean-outs to mindset shifts and lifestyle upgrades. My approach is rooted in empowerment, simplicity, and growth over perfection. Whether we're starting with your spice cabinet or supporting your emotional wellness, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward the wellness you want—gently, step by step.
Herbalism is also a growing part of my practice. As I continue my training in clinical applications, I integrate safe, supportive herbal knowledge where appropriate to deepen your connection with your body and the natural world.
At Heart & Brain Holistic Botanics, I believe in honoring both the emotional heart and the rational mind in the healing journey. With a little clarity, care, and consistent support—you can create a life that feels good.
